Hi, I'm Nick Russell, Director of Benchmark-Learning. I've been an animator and instructional designer for around 10 years. Before that I ran my own successful training consultancy with business clients from the financial and legal sector.

 

I love the intellectual challenge and creative buzz of working on new engagements. For me and my team, every new project has to be a little bit better than the last one.

 

This year we were honoured to win two awards from the Comenius Foundation. This ranked us alongside international giants from broadcasting, publishing, advertising, and academia - pretty good for a small operation like ours!

 

But if I have learned one thing from my years in business, it is that you are only as good as your last project. That is why we are driven, not just to do well but to always try to exceed our clients' expectations.
